• Responsible for developing daily cash controls of all portfolios, including equities, FIC´s and multimarket funds;• Evaluating of the net asset value calculation of the portfolios, daily maintenance of the margin calls and public bonds pledged as collateral at BM&F and BOVESPA, daily brokerage calculation, rates, performance validation and profitability;• Rebates calculation and daily maintenance for independent investment agents and distributors;• Supporting the sales department, daily control of the new subscriptions and redemptions and monitoring of the shareholders transactions;• Maintenance and disclosing of the daily performance of the funds, assets under management, monitoring of the trades forwarded to the administrators, custodians and clearing houses, daily financial settlements;• Responsible for the stock lending daily monitoring, register of the shareholders and funds in the broker houses, knowledge of the SAC/YMF systems routines, participation in the internal committees for launching new products;• Daily maintenance and forwarding reports to the risk area, daily profits and loss calculation of the funds.• Portfolios maintenance and updating to the new Instructions, Resolutions and Legislation;• Participation in the constitution, development and implementation of new Portfolios;

• Daily processing controls, financial settlements of the products from the bank trading desk, such as, public and private bonds (through Selic and Cetip clearings), derivatives products, flexible options, NDF's, swaps, futures and stock market (BM&F/Bovespa Exchange), stock lending, financial loans, currency forwards and investment funds – FIDCs;• Daily reconciliation of offshores portfolios – 2689;• Implementation of new systems, such as, new cash flow controls and financial loans.

• Financial settlements of the clients referring to negotiations at BM&F and BOVESPA;• Commission control of the trading desk employees and daily control of the guarantees forwarded to BM&F and BOVESPA;• Forwarding of negotiation statements and open position reports;• Daily reconciliation and control of the open positions;• Swaps, structured transactions registration, managed portfolios reconciliation;• Home Broker implementation.

• Coordination and control of the instructions received (SWIFT) for the settlement of transactions traded on the stock exchange;• Direct contact with global custodians of the Offshore Funds;• Control and maintenance of the guarantee margins of Brazilian and foreign funds;• Responsible for sending daily reports provided by the team of analysts to local investors;• Responsible for graphics updating, customer performance reports and invoice payment system.
