Utilizing advancements in AI, our aim was to empower users through a unique approach to self-reflection using diaries, offering a secure space for open expression. Users received personalized guidance from an AI with psychologist-like qualities, offering support free from judgment.The app introduces Angel, an AI character powered by GPT-4, which analyzes user data and delivers personalized daily letters, mirroring the supportive guidance of a human psychologist. Our platform encompasses five key features: a habit tracker, emotion selection, weekly goals, a daily journal, and the ability to share habits with friends to track progress together.We worked to ensure that these letters contain valuable information, arrive at the right moment, and resonate with users emotionally. We've established our communication via Instagram (@anjos.app) with Mid Journey and have applied to Y Combinator W24.Building something that people want was the goal and I basically did everything that wasn’t code. As a CEO, my job was to talk to users, discover what to build, build it with my amazing co-founder and then sell it. I had a role in Product Management, UI/UX Design, Customer Experience, Marketing/Sales, and also took on a bit of Fundraising.

I returned from Friends of Tomorrow in São Paulo determined to build 'the best diary in the world,' inspired by Tim Ferriss's strategy of working only a few hours per week while building a sustainable business and I did it.‘Well-structured social commitment’ was something powerful and I was excited to build something around that. The goal was to assist clients in not feeling alone in habits that often went unshared, such as waking up early, exercising, reading, meditating, etc.Following an initial assessment with clients, we designed a lifestyle based on habits, and then I gained access to their diaries (built on Google Spreadsheets) to send them daily messages in the persona of an 'Angel'—a character free from judgment. This character was essential for encouraging people to open up in their diaries, and the service gained more depth. As the need for individualized support grew more challenging, we realized the necessity of decentralizing the structure into teams to ensure sustainability. By this point, over 150 individuals had already gone through Anjos, we had a moment with 20 teams simultaneously.

I saw firsthand that Artificial Intelligence would change a lot of things. An advantage of being in Brasília is that the public authorities are just a few minutes away from my home. Using technology to automate legal proceedings and significantly reduce public spending seemed like an incredible challenge.

I saw with my own eyes that visions become real, no matter how complex they may seem at first. The challenge was orchestrating 60 people to build the foundations so that in the future (the following year), we would become the "largest" junior company in the country.At that time, MEJ had around 400 companies, with over 16.000 junior entrepreneurs. Our results were very good; we had to adjust the company's revenue target twice. The sequence was 180k, 250k, and 500k. In the end, I remember we reached 486k and felt very proud.

My dream upon joining the company was to one day be responsible for the strategy. My excitement translated into a more daring prioritization, a very essentialist approach. In the end, the level of work was well above the ideal, but we were happy, and we met our goals.

At that time, we wanted to internalize the stimuli provided by Brasil Júnior. The challenge was to improve revenue, the number of executed projects, and streamline management as much as possible.In People Management, this translated into process automation. What six people were doing, we managed to organize with just two, and soon we would also integrate the Operations area.

We were a consultancy and were transitioning to agile models. We needed to take on more projects per person, and we saw many limitations in PMBoK as our guide. Inspired by technology companies, Scrum without the daily stand-up meetings served us perfectly.

Immersed in the Y Combinator Startup Class, I was responsible for operationalizing a 'scalable' strategic planning project and was mentored by a great friend, who was the company president at the time.We understood that 'Strategic Planning' touched on a pain point for all junior companies and a significant portion of senior companies. We created a prototype with 7 EJs to validate the hypotheses, and after some experiments, the project was discarded.

It was the first time I had a broad vision on a national scale. I understood the role of Grupo Gestão as an example in a larger network, and small actions became more important.I made friends from all parts of Brazil. My empathy needed to encompass other levels of complexity, and I gained greater clarity about the privileges we had in being in Brasília and being able to dedicate so much to volunteer work.

I was 17 years old, and surrounding myself professionally with older individuals, some close to graduation, seemed like a blessing. I was very grateful and began to notice in myself that a high level of dedication came completely naturally.
