- Handling of prosecution files (patents, trademarks, and industrial designs)- Preparing IP rights applications- Follow registration procedure and ensure registration of IP rights- Handling of enforcement, and contentious matters- Preparing and filing writs for the courts or local administrations

- Assists the drafting, negotiation and supervision of contracts, maintain the local contract service center;- Management of client dossier and adhering to Anti-Money Laundering practice;- Manage, create, update contract annexes and aggendas, draft termination notices;- Draft and review legal internal documents (PoAs, management decisions, etc.);- Draft correspondence and notifications to public or private institutions; - Perform legal research and follow-ups on legislative changes;- File and archive company documentation, including contracts, PoAs, training forms, etc.;- Supporting management of compliance trainings;- Work closely with all of the departments in the company;

- Inquire to debtors and their movable and immovable property, (attachment orders and injunctions of immovable property, notices of voluntary compliance)- Participation in meetings with debtors and creditors, (movement of cases and repayment and ensuring external communication with clients)- Submission of applications for certificates, reports, information requests and other documents in connection with the enforcement proceedings.

- Scheduling of language courses for adults and teenagers abroad.- Written and verbal contact during the collaboration process with clients and colleagues from the partner schools.- Booking flights, organizing transfers to/from the airport and issuing insurance policy during the course.- Making profiles of partner universities and updating the news in our website.
