Preferred Conference Organizer/Meetings & Events– Client meetings and maintaining relationships, drawing up and sticking to project budgets, compiling project plans and adhering to deadlines, building & maintaining supplier relationships, project execution and close out including budget reports, media attraction, delegate client feedback.

Meeting with corporate clients. Organizing corporate events, weddings, launches, media briefings. Liaising with various suppliers for different events as well maintaining key supplier relations. Monitoring all incoming business and keeping up to date with competitors latest sales trends.

Engaging with Eastern Cape schools, directly communicating with the teachers and liaising presentation dates for matric students, presentations to matric students, performing career guidance interviews with the students, involved in marketing strategies and new campaigns to appeal to target market, head of head of student newspaper (SRC).
