• Established daily processes following an IIROC regulation to streamline trade reporting using Excel VBA and MA dashboard. Built tools used for parsing large trade exception files, producing daily performance trends and successfully reduced total trades in exception queue by 95% within first 6 weeks of regulation go-live date. • Conducted data reconciliation and remediation between the trading and settlement systems used for equities trading, generating correct FDIDs to comply with CAT reporting. • Facilitated remediation effort for the data governance department’s initiative to map all fixed income trading accounts with internal counterparty codes. Worked with client services and third-party account services team to come up with SLAs and create appropriate workflow controls among the working groups.• Modernize data streamlining processes by leveraging third party data and reconciling trade and settlement systems (IMPACT, ADAPTIV, ADP, Fidessa, CDERS, DSTS, etc) to improve data integrity, regulation reporting and reducing risk exposure.

• Create and manage all Bloomberg Intelligence Indices to be used as data representation in articles by Bloomberg Intelligence. Responsible for promptly rebalancing indices, reactivating suspended indices, maintaining relevant index membership and troubleshooting metadata issues with indices under the Bloomberg Indices umbrella • Responsible for on-boarding index providers that signed ticker fee agreement, delivering critical data through the Bloomberg Terminal. Acted as a liaison between several departments including CABM and Engineering team to create efficient data infrastructure to accommodate index providers with desired commercial fee structure. • Perform data quality assurance and scaling tests on pre-released and post-released Bloomberg Barclays Indices. Stress tested data accuracy of Bloomberg’s PORT function with POINT(Barclays) by comparing bond to bond values to ease transitioning of newly acquired fixed income indices by Bloomberg. • Maintain consistency of historical index fields data by executing data prove outs and researching index data spikes for clients and analysts. • Planned to decrease client’s requests’ resolve time by running an ADSK analysis using Excel VBA and identifying top index fields being questioned. Proceeded to work on a project to update index fields’ definitions for more coherent and transparent data. Worked closely with index fields expert in London to create a comprehensive field definition template that will allow Bloomberg users to replicate index level calculations. • Spearheading a project to measure the data quality of all Bloomberg’s 3rd party equity indices. Determined a data accuracy threshold by analyzing and logging roughly 8,000 indices by comparing historical total return calculations between parent and child tickers past 5 years. • Manage and train 2 contractors; work with their skill sets and motivate them to produce a positive impact on the team
