QA/ QC Manager

• Involved in preparation of various concrete mix designs.• Develop and maintain QA/QC monitoring process to ensure that the QA/QC activities are in compliance with contract requirement.• Checking of calibration of batching plants and lab equipment’s.• Checking of ongoing structures at site.• Sampling of material and testing’s.• Understand the scope of Project, Activities Involved and Quality Requirements related to the Project

• Set up of QC laboratory.• Conducting Mix Design for grades such as M50 and M60.• Testing of bentonite for the use of Piling.• Preparation of PQP,ITP and CHECKLISTS as per the Technical specification.• Understand the scope of Project, Activities Involved and Quality Requirements related to the Project • Derive the Quality Specifications from the customer’s documentation.• Maintaining the laboratory and implementing the procedures as per ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 guidelines• Preparation of Methodology along with inspection & Testing plan for all the activity linked with the project in consulting with QC Head.• Thorough knowledge in IS codes.Knowledge in ISO 9001, 14001 & 18001.

• Preparation of Concrete Mix Design with Fly ash related to ASTM & IS Codes.• Inspection of Concrete Mix with Air content, Setting Time & Density.• Responsible for all Quality Control tests Conducted at Laboratory- Compressive Strength(Cube & Cylinder), Flexural Strength, Split Tensile Strength, Modulus Of Elasticity, Permeability, RCPT, Cement Tests and Fly ash Tests• Batching Plant Control regarding Quality and production.• Following quality related documents ie PQP, ITP, & Procedures.

• Testing of soils, Aggregate and Concrete.• Preparation of concrete mix design• Responsible for all Quality Control tests Conducted at Laboratory and Field • Preparation of Daily, Weekly, and Monthly progress to the work done in quality Control Section• Maintaining Frequency of tests and Documentation • Field density tests
