Oversee all the design output for AOL and all their entities. I create designs in multiple formats, styles and under tight deadlines, all while maintaining brand integrity and overhauling of existing interior collateral and designs.We operate our design center under a small business model and manage our clients within AOL in the same way a design firm.

Doing some great things within Ricoh. Right now we're developing a model for offering Graphic Design as an added feature to clients within Ricoh. This has allowed our team to be creative and essentially function as a startup business, testing profitability, functionality and looking at how we partner better with our clients.
