Restructuring and managing 'dirty products' (crude oil and LNG) marine transportation team of 16 marine coordinators, charters and technical advisors responsible for all of ExxonMobil Asia-Pacific Crude and LNG marine transportation (7 equity crude, 2 LNG projects, 3rd party crude & LNG sales); optimizing midstream value chains to address latest changes in crude oil and LNG trading such as asset back trading, 3rd party sales and transportation; - Management of interfaces from producing affiliates to end customers (such as refineries) or end buyers (entire Asia Pacific, as well as inter-regional plays with Gulf States, India and Europe);- Leading ANZ business unit regional marine support, supporting Thailand business unit;- Review and implementation of chartering and marine operational efficiencies (vessel routing, out-chartering, forward freight agreements etc.)- Oversight of development marine freight analytics KPIs for trading and other functions;- Bunkering and routing efficiencies;- Emergency support group support (vessel emergencies, COVID-19 response);- Implementation of digital initiatives and programs (i.e. Vesson Nautical);- Developing and managing employees to full potential as well as personal improvement plans;
