I am currently a "master teacher" in arts exploration. Providing all 6th grade students at Bak Middle School of the Arts with foundations in understanding the basis of the arts and how they apply to their lives. I also lead a team of students seeking to better understand the world through math, science, engineering and communcations though a connection to the arts.

I conduct classes in arts exploration that empower arts magnet students to a deeper understanding and significance of arts in their world. I direct plays that infuse the academics into their experiences and I lead a group of engineer inspired students in the SECME program.

Teaching the History of Theatre, Designing Award Winning Sets for A Midsummer Night's Dream and Musical Theatre Murders of 1940 at the Eissey Theatre. Directing an Award Winning Production of The Diviners.

I held this position for 6 years. During my tenure I revitalized the business through program expansion in opening the Stonzek Theatre, starting the Creative Stage for Youth, and acquiring properties for expansion of the technical theatre side. I helped launch the professional acting and directing careers of principals at Dramaworks.
