Telling the story of ALS and the people it effects in order to spread awareness throughout the region.

• With direction from the Marketing Manager, create and update product catalogs, specification sheets, technical documents and website• Conceptualize and execute national print advertising campaigns• Implemented Microsoft Dynamics CRM software as my first project• Assist with marketing for product dealers across the country and internationally• Staff photographer and videographer for most product shots and demonstrations• Manage extensive photo library • Negotiate with and manage external vendors including print companies, additional photographers and software developers

• Promotions: part time to full time coordinator (2008), coordinator to manager (2010)• Awards: 2010 & 2011 Special Merit for a newsletter from a chamber with less than 1,000 members from The Western Association of Chamber Executives; 2010, 2011, 2013 Publications Award for best newsletter from a large chamber of commerce from the Oregon State Chamber of Commerce• Collaborate with other management to develop new designs and marketing collateral• Design or update all printed marketing material • Coordinate with chamber staff to ensure all web updates and design needs are met• Manage external vendors including several printing companies, web provider, voice mail system, IT providers, as well as relevant independent contractors• Ensure the organization's brand remains consistent in all new material and manage logo usage by members and outside agencies• Serve as staff photographer/videographer for events, publication needs and more• Provide support to other departments as needed

• I was the contributing photographer to this publication. • Coordinate all aspects of the photo shoot (time, location, subject matter, props, etc…) • Edit RAW images and output high resolution finished files• Deliver the finished digital image files to the designer ahead of the deadline. • Quick thinking and problem solving skills to meet or exceed the expectations of the clients and art director.
