Coordinated the Crisis Negotiation Team as the lead for the Philadelphia Division of the FBI. Scheduled and facilitated training for both FBI team members and local law enforcement agencies. Coordinated call outs for team in hostage/barricade situations and led team toward successful resolution. Collaborated with SWAT and Executive Management.
