For nearly eight years I managed ezLandlordForms.com, an e-commerce company specializing in legal forms and other services for property managers, landlords, and real estate agents. Sales nearly quadrupled in my time managing ezLandlordForms, and I oversaw the transition from a nascent start-up to a multi million-dollar international organization. As a rental industry expert I contributed articles and interviews to media outlets such as Fox Business, CBS Radio, The Wall Street Business Network and more to explain current trends in the rental industry.Our firm provides state-specific legal forms, tenant credit reports and background checks, education and resources for property managers, landlords, and real estate agents. From real estate market news to property management tips to summaries of each state's landlord-tenant laws, we aim to provide up-to-the-minute expertise for landlords across North America.
