Track upcoming developments.• Motivate the team of collections and train them to raise their levels of performance to meet the company's overall objective. • Reporting to Executive Director with updates and issues that arise in the project in coordination with other Vertical Heads like Operations, Finance, Risk and Legal, etc.,• Responsible for Confirmation for Sending Advocate Legal Notice For > 90 Days Outstanding Customers.
