Established a clear vision, PnL, annual budget of up to $1 million, pilot facilities, and secured $30 million investment for a large-scale facility in Belgium.𝗟𝗘𝗔𝗗𝗜𝗡𝗚 𝗠𝗔𝗩𝗘𝗥𝗜𝗖𝗞𝗦. When innovation stalled due to uncertainty and resource constraints, I assembled a fearless and independent task- force, driving execution with agility and cost-effectiveness:- 𝐋𝐞𝐝 𝐚 𝐒𝐖𝐀𝐓 𝐭𝐞𝐚𝐦 of 7 cross-functional experts, adept at balancing urgency and adaptability, known for its high-trust, resilience and efficient use of limited resources to tackle global challenges head-on.- 𝐏𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐞𝐞𝐫𝐞𝐝 𝐚𝐠𝐢𝐥𝐞 project management approach as first in AB InBev globally, including Scrum and Design Sprints.𝗕𝗥𝗜𝗗𝗚𝗜𝗡𝗚 𝗧𝗘𝗖𝗛 𝗧𝗢 𝗠𝗔𝗥𝗞𝗘𝗧𝗦. Amidst complex tech and market landscapes, I designed and executed a clear vision align tech solutions with real market problems for an effective go-to-market strategy:- 𝐋𝐞𝐝 𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐞𝐫𝐜𝐢𝐚𝐥 𝐠𝐫𝐨𝐰𝐭𝐡 through 50+ successful NPD partnerships and launches across emerging start-ups and industry leaders, with solutions displaying +70% purchasing intent vs. market incumbents, covering 75% of our forecasted production facility capacity at 9’000+ tons of brewer saved grains.
