Program manager for the Drilling and Evaluation Division integration teams in the Halliburton-Baker Hughes Integration effort. Also served as client liaison between two strategy consulting teams from different firms. In this role my team successfully completed full integration plans for seven Halliburton product service lines.

As part of this role I was also responsible for implementing improvements in all areas of the business including raising safety standards, implementing lean manufacturing initiatives, and creating a metric driven culture. Worked closely with key stakeholders in both repair and maintenance and in operations for the entire country of Argentina.June 2014 - December 2014 (Conroe, TX)Responsible for the successful launch and sustainment of two new operations facilities in Latin America, while standardizing the process of opening a new facility and creating documentation to be used in the future. Worked closely with customers and key stakeholders in four different countries, including travel to work on site.

Worked closely with an interdisciplinary team of the top students from the University of Oklahoma in collaboration with professionals at Ames National Laboratory and ETREMA Products, Inc. to create a go-to-market strategy for a new smart material technology.

Responsible for preparing the upperclassmen mentors of the College of Engineering Dean's Leadership Council for their biweekly freshman mentoring sessions. Assist during lectures once a week and in grading assignments for 270 freshman engineering students. Serve as a direct resource for the entire freshman class in the College of Engineering to assist them with any problems they might have.

Worked closely with Business Unit Managers and key stakeholders to design and implement warehouse optimization solutions. Successfully reconfigured a 22,000 square foot warehouse to increase capacity by 31% and utilization by 33%. Also, created seven proposals for future warehouse configurations and created a five-year warehouse optimization plan for the Duncan Manufacturing Center.

Worked closely with customers and field agents to provide personalized oil and gas production safety plans. Took information provided by field agents, and used knowledge of petroleum operating to produce specialized SPCC (spill prevention control and countermeasure) and contingency plans for production facilities and compressor stations across the country.
