Serves as the leader of an innovative newly designed department aimed at the formation of new scout packs, troops and crew's by guiding a team of 15 - 18 Onboarding specialists in mentoring community organizations as they go through an 8 -12 week program that covers topics such as vision casting, volunteer training, budget and calendar building and meeting planning/execution.

As President/CEO of Nabor House Community, I am charged with providing leadership dedicated to cultivating the hearts, minds and spirits of each child through our Early Childhood Learning Centers. Our teachers embrace the potential of every child from two months to five years and create an environment of hands-on discovery, age-appropriate development and Christ-centered encouragement for children to thrive.Nabor House Community invests in the growth and development of Christian low-income children and their families by providing quality, affordable early childhood centers in a Christian environment,enabling parents to pursue employment or education.NHC has exciting plans to expand it's presence throughout the Houston Area over the next decade. As the Executive Officer, I look forward to building and working through the NHC Board to lead and facilitate this important expansion of services.

As development director, I serve as senior fundraising manager of a non-profit organization. My position works closely with the Chief Executive Officer and multiple funders, community partners and business leaders. Responsibilities include donor touch points, direct fundraising, grant writing and reporting, relationship building and cultivation.

I work with and give leadership to a dedicated staff, passionate, smart and dedicated volunteers in delivering the Scouting program to 12,000 youth in Cuyahoga and surrounding counties of the greater Cleveland area. My duties include but are not limited to event planning, fundraising, volunteer identification, recruitment and cultivation. I also provide staff leadership to a team of 9 executive scouters that serve youth and their families, in an efficient, effective and positive way.

I work with dedicated staff, passionate, smart and dedicated volunteers to deliver the Scouting program to 10,000 youth in west Houston. My duties include event planning, fundraising, volunteer identification, recruitment and cultivation. I also provide staff leadership to a team of 6 executive scouters that serve youth and their families, in an efficient, effective and positive way.

Served as Sr. Development Director and provided leadership to an annual Board of Directors campaign with a max goal of $1,725,000 and an annual Golf Tournament. Introduced the concept of an annual Dodgeball Tournament that is still being used by the organization today. Supervised the Field Staff in community fundraising campaigns and provided oversight to the development and execution of the annual campaign which had a goal of over $2,000,000.

Began as an entry level executive and worked diligently to the position of Field Director. In that capacity, I managed District Operations for an 8 county territory. I also managed a team of 6 professionals.
