All inflight development intended to provide support of the Bank’s business operation, either augmenting the TCB production systems, or introducing additional functionality.In addition to the Secondary Data Center (SDC) as a backup site in a remote location to support a disaster recovery situation, it was determined that the current telephone solution could not support redundancy at the SDC. The plans for ensuring the disaster recovery for the phone system need to fit within the timeline for testing failover at the Secondary Data Center. It includes call Contact Center, Basic Phone Level Features, 6 Digit Dialing, Basic Voicemail Features, etc. and a total of 55 requirements documented.
