I am solving IT issues in French and English regarding SAP, VPN, Citrix, internet connection issues, Microsoft Office, One Drive, PGP Symantec, Bitlocker, Outlook, Box, Active Directory, internal websites, Margin Minder, SFA, Pocket Order, passwords, accounts, repair and install applications. I am using Bomgar and VM. Every day I face new situations. It is challenging but it helps me improve day after day. I create daily, weekly and monthly reports of the process. I have participated to different trainings like Customer Centricity, SOP, Essential skills, Lean, IT Lab (where I learnt general things about IT world, computer history, firewall, IP’s, HDD, SSD, memory types, VM, network, CMD etc.) and others - always ready to learn more! I have been promoted from Process Associate to Senior process Associate and I have also received a diploma for good results and positive feedback from many clients.I have provided a Lean idea for my team that improved the process.During this time, I had great results that led to maximum bonuses from the company.I am teaching new joiners the process.

I am writing poems and cultural and educational articles in Romanian and in English and I am also making advertorials (http://www.edusoft.ro/cheia-raiului/). I have visited different cultural places and cities like Miclauseni Castle, Palace of Parliament, Berzunti, Prajesti, Slanic, Brasov, Sinaia, Piatra Neamt, Iasi, Targu Ocna and I wrote about all these wonderful visits. (the articles can be found here: http://www.edusoft.ro/) I am also in charge with a journal called BRAND (Broad Research in Accounting, Negotiation and Distribution - http://www.edusoft.ro/brain/index.php/brand/index), where I have to correct, modify and publish the articles sent by different people. I send invitations, kindly asking people to write for our journal. I am also translating different articles (for example, legal articles-http://www.edusoft.ro/brain/index.php/brand/article/view/504/540) sent in Romanian and turned by me in English.

Working in a foreign country with so many different people helped me a lot. It's been a unique experience. I have worked in a quiet place, in nature, surrounded by animals. I have met great people there and made awesome friends. The intercultural experience completely changed my perspective. The restaurant I have worked in, the colleagues, my chief and the work I had to do, had a huge influence over me. All of this made me more responsible, cautious, organized, stronger and made me resist to pressure, taught me how to cope with all the work I had to do and with all the deadlines. I had to be quick, to cook well, on time and in to stay positive. The team taught me how it is to work with professionals, to keep a good spirit, to work in a pleasant atmosphere. Different countries but the same positive attitude to all of them.
