Hello this is Grant Flory, I am a young adult personal trainer in the central Wisconsin area. I have played basketball my whole life and getting achievements in basketball with first team all conference and also being an all star in high school for Wisconsin. Over the years I have worked with multiple pro trainers and learned many skills underneath them as well as fitness trainers who train multiple sports. Also still am a physically active athlete with working on getting overseas to play basketball. With the training side of skills, I also was a great student in the classroom and finished high school with getting silver cords. Through the years of schooling learning from older people in this business area, I feel like I have developed many skills for this are that betters me as a trainer and a coach and a person to help the youth and others get better and stronger.
