As the Intern, I am tasked with aiding the Head Sport Scientists in running specific test on clients who are post-op ACL-Reconstruction. These tests include; a quadricep isometric strength test using the Biodex Multi-Joint System 4 | Counter movement Jump, Double Leg Squat, Single Leg Squat, Single Leg Forward Hop using an XYZ axis Force Plate | Gait and Jog analysis using a Treadmill fitted with a belt composed of thousands of tiny force plates.I am also entrusted with the utilization of SIMI, a 3-dimensional tracking and phasing video capture software, where I essentially build a model to each of our clients, in order to better understand their movement patterns. Additionally, I have responsibilities in the organization of 1000+ clients withing a Training Haus Corporate Patient Database.Lastly, I aid in the organization and execution of a weekly journal club meeting. Meetings require heavy research within a specified field for each week as well as the ability produce Lit Reviews on many different research topics. Primarily, topics within bio mechanics.
