My role currently envisages end to end Content Development and Design for courses and programs offered by my company to various clients in the BFSI space. My role has allowed to understand and experience the learning requirements of professionals in the BFSI industry . Additionally, I have been able to appreciate the training requirements of the bankers in this age and time.

1995-2001 Corporate Banking , New Delhi .Extensive experience in this field at operating and leadership levels. Responsible for marketing, appraisal, management of a sizeable credit portfolio of large / mid corporates, right from the inception stage of the Branch network in North India2001 - 2005 Retail Banking , Chennai/MaduraiSignificant experience at Branch Management and Regional Management levels2005- 2006 Fraud Prevention and Reputation Risk Management - Corporate Office , MumbaiCollectively responsible for setting up the architecture on Frauds Prevention and Control.
