-Managing and confirming patient diagnostic appointments, surgeries and medical consultation. - Compile and record medical chart reports and correspondence. -Handeling high volume phones calls and providing great customer service and directing calls to appropriate staff - Manage the daily flow of patients in medical establishment -Assist medical record reports and imput medical histories - Managing database prioritizing, workloads organizing and servicing meetings producing agendas and taking minutes and collecting reports.-Obtaining referrals , billing concerns with patient and third party payers , controlling accounts receivables
