As a senior Design Engineer my roles & responsibilities• Used to interact Onsite Engineers, regarding Queries and status.• Involves in preparing Status sheets and prepare milestones for target• Preparing 3D models using onsite images and dimensions• Also prepare fabrication drawings and manufacturing drawings• Involves in preparing Templates like BOM, TEXT, SHEET, PARTS & ASSEMBLIES etc.• Used to interact onsite engineers regarding work & Queries, also update daily status• Along with all these involves in different project and learn different software’s for project like Drive works pro, Ansys workbench etc..

Responsibilities• Used to interact Customers, for approval of project I used to made GA drawing overview of Conveyors in Layout as per customer requirements• After project approval used to make 3D models of entire project for presentation & to avoid overlapping of pats and assemblies.• Create BOM for Machining Parts, bought out Parts, Fabrication Parts, Bending parts, Rolling parts and Assemblies.• Used to give laser cutting drawings using Solidworks & Autocad along with that Bending, Rolling and fabrication drawings for shop floor team, have good knowledge in fabrication and manufacturing.• Used to interact with shopfloor team for assembly and fabrications doubts.• Co-ordinate with Procurement and Store department to get required parts for project assemblies• Involve in Test run process of conveyors.

Responsibilities• Used to Study Customer Specification and requirements in technical data.• By using Autocad used to make Ga drawings of RAL’s, Diverter gates, Sliding gates• Used to make BOM for BOT procurement and casting parts along with Machining parts.• Co-ordinate with customers for drawings approval, if any changes prepares EOC for drawings and conveyor Work shop team and production manager.• In machining of shafts I used involve in Ultrasonic inspections & dimensional inspection of all assemblies • Involve in Test run process of Machines during final inspection.• Finally involves in dispatch documents like User Manuals of each machines.

Responsibilities• Designed and development of 2D/3D drawing of parts (Defence products) using Solid-works and Autocad.• Manage all design aspects of company, involves in estimation of Material for sintering using sintering furnace.• Co-ordinate procurement and production team to provide accurate material for machining parts.• Also do reverse engineering of SPM machines and parts using in Solidworks and inventor (Nuclear fuel complex company).• Also done many projects for Defence companies for like HAL, NFC, DRDL, ODF, etc.• Involves in Dimensional inspection and density inspections of each products because for Defence companies density of material in most important to hold harm-full rays emits from uranium material.
