Have served in engineering, IT, textiles and Pharma. Having been in Corporates for 36+ years in the Human Resources space, have now branched out as a Business Coach for the past 6 years. As a Coach, I assist entrepreneurs in moving towards their individual and organisational Goals by creating a suitable Business Plan and walk with them I'm a way that they achieve their Goals. The role also involves strengthens their personal strengths and competencies which may also involve administering psychometric tools which help in understanding Self.My journey of 36 years have covered all the facets of Human Resources.Am an extrovert and looking for networking with like minded people across the globe.
