The analytics team at First Person is responsible for upholding the data connections between clients, carriers, and other First Person teams. The summer of 2019 I dedicated to my Butler Track & Field career. I wanted a job that would keep me active and on my feet and that gave me a flexible schedule to allow me time to train during the week. Our store was heavily understaffed. At the time of my hire, there were only 4 employees. Early on, my manager was able to trust me because of my work ethic and ethical disposition. I trained new employees and was often left as the senior-most employee at the store, despite only having 1-3 months of experience (this included being left the keys to the cash registers). I also learned how to handle workplace conflicts in a turbulent and high stress environment.Ultimately, the experience was a success, as I would go on to break a 23-year old school record in the 60-meter dash in December of 2019 with a time of 6.91 seconds.

External auditors recommended that CEFCU implement disaster recovery and information management protocols to ease the training of new employees and safeguard the business in the case of disaster. I was in charge of managing this process for my department - First Home Mortgages. I coordinated with team members to compile and create job descriptions, job aids, and procedural information. I updated and organized the internal department web-page with this information, making it accessible and secure. Additionally, I was able to use my Excel skills to update performance review spreadsheets used by managers to more effectively evaluate key employee metrics.

During my Senior year at Morton High School I interned at Caterpillar through my school's work-study program. In this position, I supported members of the auditing/shipping team by processing and auditing shipping invoices for U.S. inbound freight and assisted with data entry relating to various auditing projects. I also communicated with other departments to update spot quotes relating to billing for trucking routes.
