I'm in charge of a line of business that's sales driven. I communicate directly to the clients to address areas of concern and act as the main point of contact for issues concerning the sales performance. I design and execute action plans to improve performance and analyze and address areas of opportunities. I communicate updates on processes, policies and product. Work closely with service delivery to improve teams and individual performance through series of meetings, calibrations, rewards and recognition and business reviews. I implement initiatives agreed upon with the clients and account's management and monitor accomplishments and compliance.

Monitor calls to identify best practices and areas for improvement. I communicate the observation to the team manager and do triad coaching session if needed.

Serves as additional reference for questions about the product and instruct consultants on self help options.

Attend to customer's concern and utilize resources to address the call drivers. Perform according the expectations set and contribute to the attainment of account's goal.
