My career to-date has comprised of various Operational leadership roles within the Professional Services sector for a global training organisation.Most notably I have led diverse Service Delivery, Technical and Customer Service teams, managed Head Office facilities and successfully delivered a variety of challenging projects. This includes numerous product rollouts, process automation, implementing a 'follow the sun' support model, authoring a course and setting up an inclusive charity events committee.I am also certified in Change Management, ILM Leadership & Management and ITIL.
