A. Electrical safety remediation and achieve RSC/ Accord/Alliance approval for 5 mother factories. B. Utility Operation, Maintenance and factory power interruption outage reduction up to 10%. C. Develop and implement sustainable electrical safety management as per NFPA and BNBC to 12 factories. D. Develop and maintain technical drawings (SLD, LPS, and ELD) as per NFPA and BNBC guideline. E. All Electromechanical development project management of new factories or facilities. F. Environmental management system development, environmental saving target setting and implementation. Increase score to 70% in Higg FEM.G. Review and assess KPI report monthly basis and took the initiatives based on report until solved.

A. Factory (104) electrical safety inspection (detail or concise) as per standard NFPA & BNBC, report making, quality control and submission to the client ( C&A, H&M, Walmart etc.). B. Report presentation to the client factories and answer all queries. C. Thermal scanning, thermal exception identification as per standard, root cause analysis and remediation recommendations. D. Off load measurement (IR & ER Test) and report preparation. E. Electrical safety training projects coordination and communication management.

A. 33/11kv substation (5 x 10 MVA) and distribution system construction, operation and maintenance. Provide electricity service to 15 million consumers. B. Lead a workshop of distribution transformer repair and maintenance. Increase its production to 10%. C. High voltage distribution system work force (40) management and ensure Safety.
