• Leading end to end execution of Innovation & Capacity expansion Project in Bangladesh of value more than 0.5 ME as part of SA Unilever Engineering team and ensuring completion OTIF as per agreed timeline & Schedule.• To work jointly with SUIT, R&D, Finance and execute the FEED to Prepare budget of CAPEX. • Maintain project tracker to monitor and control them by project schedule and achieving milestones of the projects.• Liaise with project lead, other project managers & Stakeholders to maintain project schedule and efficacy.• Coordination with Offshore, local consultant & SA Design team & review the design to complete entire Detail Engineering. • Ensuring Vendor enlistment, Vendor data management, Negotiation & finalizing of Vendor along with procurement as per scope of work.• Maintain Cost Tracker of CAPEX and ensuring no overspent without fail. • CAPEX Savings 10% of Projects by VECA from Budgeted Figure.• Handling project finance to avoid overspent of budget. Quarterly achieve spent forecast OTIF 90%.• Preparing PPP and cooperatively working with Procurement team on finalizing TBA, CBA and releasing the BARN for procuring materials, finalizing contract and other items necessary for completing project goals• Assign duties to Contractual Engineers to implement project goals, as needed.• To Ensure safe work practice compliance at UBL construction sites by proper risk assessment through CTI, LHA, THA, EHA and implementing SOP and best practices in day-to-day project activities• Improving the awareness and safe behavior of 3P vendors by Training, SBO, Toolbox meeting, Incident communication etc. • Hazard identification, tracking and closure to ensure safe work environment.• Implement Construction Safety Standards and Best Practices to achieve ZERO TRFR in Project Execution. • Execute the PSSR after completion of project and handing over to manufacturing/user team.• To List out all new assets and Capitalization as soon as the Project gets completed.

Structural Analysis & Design of R.C.C, Steel Structure & Foundation.• Structural Analysis & Design of multi-storied building.• Making hand check with Software analysis.• Checking structural drawing before final submission.• Supervise the technical staff.• Maintaining progress report of the work & give update to the high officials.• Maintaining an effective relationship with clients.• Supervision of implementation of civil works as per design.• Helping in Tender Documents (Revise Estimate, DPP, BOQ) preparation.• Visiting the project during construction.

• Creating Structural model as per architectural design.• Analysis of the Model using ETABS, Staad Pro, Grasp.• Soil report investigation & design of Foundation.• Design of Foundation, Column, Beam, Slab, Flat Plate, Water reservoir, Shear wall, retaining wall following ACI, ASCE, UBC, BNBC code.• Preparation of reinforcement detailing of the structure.• Approval of Site Development Plan (Boundary wall, BTS, generator and guard room) and CAD drawing preparation.• Supervision of implementation of civil works as per design.

• Mobilization & Preparation of Work Schedule.• Prepare the Site execution plan and reporting the progress to top management & Client.• Preparation of BOQ and Material Procurement plan and give the requisition to procurement. • Closely Supervision and monitoring over Construction & Finishing Work. • Co-ordination with Contractor, supplier & Client.• Ensure the Quality of Construction Work. • Preparation of site completion report.
