Developed a pitch to help 385 prospective clients understand the value addition that the product provides which increased their client base by 50 fintech companies.• Benchmarking study was done for 11 Indian payments spaces and international competitors. Arrived at gaps based on the benchmark study and then came up with recommendations based on their value propositions and customer base.• Extensive customer engagement with 65 customers was carried out to assist them in completing the paperwork and process for closing their digital prepaid cards.
