* A competent professional with more than 7 years of experience in private equity fund accounting. * Responsible for handling End to End NAV calculations.* Good exposure in Onboarding new funds and dealt with side pockets as well.* Involved in handling different types of fund structure like master- feeder & fund of funds.* Hands on experience in calculation of management fee, incentive fees & Admin fees* Make sure capital calls/distribution workings are appropriate and generate notices* Reconciling cash activity with proper back up and posting journal entries in our books of accounts.* Generating Partners captial statements once NAV is approved from client and delivering same to investors.* Worked in complex funds where it have multiple entity such as main fund, blocker & spv.* Expertise knowledge in line of credit (LOC).* Ensure all the adhoc requests are handled with in the time frame.
