Recruitment’s & staffing:• Internal Hiring of Junior, Middle & Higher-level management employees • Sourcing the Candidates through Job Portals (Naukri, Monster), Personal Network, Employee Referrals.• Taking telephonic round, f2f, skype interviews & follow up of candidates.• Worked for Permanent Positions.• Tracking up of vacant positions by coordinating with functional heads, Drafting JD’s, Manpower approval Budget allocation for various departments for its positions. • Negotiation with candidates on Role, Salary and Notice Period.• Follow-up with the offered candidates till joining and post joining follow-up.• Reporting to Recruitment Manager.HRMS tools:• Submitting weekly MIS reports related to Interviews, Recruitments, Onboarding, Exit formalities, Resignations & Full & final settlements etc.• Bugzilla Reports (Internal Reporting Tool)• Monthly closures of Resignations/Terminations/Retirement updating in HRMS data base.
