Presently working as a Professor and Research Progression and Assessment Chair with 22 years’ experience in Academic and has been working with Department of Mechanical Engineering, KLEF (Deemed to be University) Vaddeswaram since 9th October 2017. Graduated in Mechanical Engineering from Bharathiar University, Coimbatore in 1998 and went on to obtain Master’s from at National Institute of Technology (NIT),Tiruchirapalli in the specialization of Design and Production of Thermal Power Equipment in 2005. Received Ph.D. from Anna University, Chennai in the area of Thermal energy storage. Published 75 papers in reputed international Journals (including 35 in SCI Listed Journals with highest impact factor of 16.8 and 62 Scopus indexed Journals) and has filed 11 patents. Current research interests include Thermal Energy Storage, Renewable energy and Battery Thermal Mangement system. Reviewer for 15 various SCI journals. Conducted various programs such as FDP, Workshop and Symposium in various institutions. Recognized Supervisor for guiding Ph. D. in Anna University (Ref No: 3020040) and Koneru Lakshmaiah Education Foundation (Deemed to be University). He received Quality researcher award in 2018 at KLEF. Adjudicated 4 thesis form different Universities. BOS member in Mechanical engineering at KLEF. In the year of 2020 Got selected for Visiting Faculty position in Purdue University North west, MCE department, United States. for 6 months duration through KLEF.
