As an executive assistant I’ve improved my problem solving and numeracy skills, taking care of administrative and organisational tasks as managing the business account, answering calls, taking messages and handling correspondence, as well as maintaining diaries.

Working as part of a team or individually and responsible for various cleaning duties to ensure the cleanliness of the building. Making sure to respect all proper safety policies and procedures when using cleaning chemicals.

As a sales assistant, I was responsible for advising customers, problem-solving, organisation and stock control. This involved cash handling and ensuring that a correct balance was achieved. The skills gained were significantly improved of negotiation knowledge, regularly converting customers from point of enquiry to sale.
