Greg O’Neal joined Kuo Diedrich Chi as a Senior Project Manager in 2019. He has more than three decades of experience in the design, project management and construction administration. This includes over twenty years focused on lifestyle projects for clubs and resorts; working on projects in sixteen different states.A strong focus on building design and interior architecture documentation, construction administration, and specifications, Greg is also responsible for the quality control of construction documents for the firm. Mr. O’Neal also has expertise in scheduling, construction cost estimating and value engineering. Some of his notable contributions since joining KDC include the following award winning projects: Richland Pointe Restaurant & Spa at Reynolds Lake Oconee in Greensboro, Georgia and Lakeside Grill & Pool Complex for Forest Lake Club in Columbia, South Carolina.
