• Leading a team comprising, Operations Supervisors and Operations Assistants in a end to end logistic's network, from pickup to last mile delivery, coaching and mentoring the team to ensure that performance objectives are met.• Central HUB management, including sorting and linehaul operation (working with outsourcer and direct employees 50+)• Driving operational goals and metrics.• Problem-solve for closing gaps between performance and goals in extremely fast paced environment • Work with key business partners such as Transportation, Carrier Management, Delivery service Partner, IT and Engineering.• Tertiary KPI Managing and analysis of 18 lastmile delivery center distributed in Sicily region.• Lead Projects aimed to improve Operations Processes and Metrics, Capacity Planning, Workforce Planning, Knowledge and Metrics.• Project management for new customers custom process. • Public tender project management.
