As a scrum master facilitating the team in Sprint planning, release planning, daily stand-ups, stake holder demos and sprint retrospectives. Ensure the team remains focused on priorities and aligned to strategy and roadmaps, backlog and release plans are maintained. Foster close collaboration across all team members , encourage knowledge and supporting each other. Collaborate closely with product owner, backlog grooming to keep product backlog relevant, risk assessment and prioritized ensuring acceptance criteria are agreed upon and stories are ready for sizing. Plan forecast and resource multiple releases and proactively measure and monitor progress of the sprint to achieve sprint deadlines and objectives.
