Full cycle recruiting for this biopharmaceutical company.During this assignment, I personally recruited and hired 608 FTEs for Gilead in clinical research, medical affairs, IT, finance, quality assurance, marketing, regulatory affairs, project management, process development, analytical development, drug safety, formulation, manufacturing, compliance, biology, investor relations, and biometrics. From January 2009 until December 2014, I managed the North American R&D team of 13 recruiters and 12 sourcers. During this timeframe, the North American R&D Talent Acquisition team hired 2,519 FTEs. I directly sourced and hired senior level staff across the North American R&D organization. The roles that I handled ranged from Director level up to the Vice President level. From January 2009 until June 2015, I sourced and hired all of the clinical research MDs across Gilead’s five therapeutic areas.
