Security Engineer
Current• CyberArk Vault Maintenances. Building CyberArk safes and adding different applications/portfolios in the safes. • Troubleshoot and fix all problems that arose in Cyber Ark due to ill-usage of the cyber ark from different users.• Maintain PSM recording and check the session recorded and the log. Knowledge of PKI encryption and decryption functionalities in the Vault and EPV. Maintain EPV for password authentication. Maintain Central Policy Manager (CPM) where all accounts reside.• Active Directory group/user authentication and maintenance. Authentication and Authorization of Privilege users working with Cyber Ark and Access Management.• Decommissioning servers as need be or as requested by server Engineers.• Setting security policies to enhance orderliness in the usage of security issues.• Knowledge of CPM/PPM/EPV/PSM&PSMP Recorder for RDP connections and session recording of activity logs in the PVWA, such as SIEM.• Complete knowledge of PIM components.• Acting as a L3support and L3 troubleshooting for existing customers.• Installation of Vault, CPM, PVWA and PSM servers.• Troubleshooting of server related issue for Vault and PVWA.• Onboarding accounts in EPV for various platforms (Windows, UNIX, Database).• Resetting the accounts manually in EPV and on platform if the CPM or reconcile fails.• Troubleshooting and finding RCA for CPM and Reconcile failure.• Automating the accounts for Windows and UNIX.• Designed and implemented PAM strategies aligned with organizational security policies, resulting in a 20% increase in privileged access security and efficiency.• Developed security test plans from architectural designs, identifying deficiencies and enhancing the security posture without impacting production.• Real-Time Scenario: Spearheaded a CyberArk Conjur deployment to secure customer applications and managed solutions, reducing privileged access vulnerabilities by 30%.
