I am currently making a range of sauces and marinades that I originally made for my own use when putting on events. The jerk seasoning recipe was passed down from my grandmother to me based on an original family recipe. Tasty as it is, I always added other ingredients when using the marinade. I experimented with additional ingredients to come up with a one stop tasty marinade for meat, fish, vegetables and as flavour enhancer for other dishes that needed that added kick. The result is what you see in my products.I was purchasing off the shelf condiments for my personal use but always had to add ingredients to get them to taste how I wanted them to i.e. how they needed to!!!!. These condiments were being requested by attendees to take away for their own personal use. Eventually, I took the advice of those who wanted my sauces and condiments and have put them into production using only the finest ingredients for all to enjoy.
