Very passionate about great design and arts, I've been involved in numerous projects that enhance people's wellbeing and aim to increase added value. I'm keen to engage in architectural projects around the world and share best practice with the people I work with.For the past 14 years, I have been appointed as the main contractor in 32 construction projects with an overall budget of € 7m and overall construction surface of 10,000 m2. My projects include buildings of residential as well as commercial/retail use. Leading a small architectural business meant that I had to make sure that every project is delivered on budget and on time from the ideation and planning phase up to use phase. In numerous occasions my office offered after sales services to customers as well as planning services (30 planning permissions issued to date). A typical construction project would require my leadership and participation from the very beginning and I have been exceptionally efficient in managing and supporting personnel such as building technicians, sub-contractors and workers on-site (30 – 100 per project).
