Such planning includes funding your long-term-care in the setting of our choice and using personal care and service contracts to pay your family and friends for their help, while maintaining eligibility for Medicaid nursing home benefits. *I have helped many families to apply for Medicaid nursing home benefits, when a loved one was admitted to a nursing home for long-term care. I have helped couples to maximize the assets and income of the healthy spouse to live on, when the other spouse applies for Medicaid nursing home benefits. *I also represent clients petitioning the probate court for guardianship and the probate of wills and I provide legal counsel on the administration of guardianship, probate and trust estates.*Admitted in New Hampshire, New York and Connecticut.
