Comprised of four companies with 36 operations or department managers and distinct capabilities, we had three successive and linked primary projects.April 2009 – September 2011 – I spearheaded the human resource, logistics, and training plan development, implementation, and performance for overseas operations. We improved employee availability to over 95%, with equipment surpassing operational readiness requirements by 4%, the capability accomplish 100% of the operations, & the phased movement of employees and equipment overseas.October 2011 – August 2012 – Spearheading activities to support aviation and ground operations in hazardous conditions in Iraq, Kuwait, Jordan, Saudi Arabia, Afghanistan, & Qatar for the over 3,200 Soldiers of the Combat Aviation Brigade that utilized 106 Army aircraft; & 440 pieces of ground equipment including various types of trucks & generators. We (1) improved aviation fleet availability by 28%, (2) improved ground equipment availability by 18%, (3) dispensed 662,759 gallons of aircraft fuel, (4) moved two warehouse operations from Iraq to Kuwait valued at approx. $96 million, and (5) transformed logistics accountability with improved financial records saving over $10 million, & aircraft repair parts reconciliation valued over $126 million.As the Taji Mayor Cell, we (1) coordinated departure for 4,000 military and contractor employees, (2) coordinated the movement of 1,350 containers or equipment, & 580 pallets of equipment by air, & (3) recovered $1.85 million in abandoned, or frustrated equipment.August – December 2012 – I spearheaded the human resource, logistics, movement, & transition planning & execution.
