I served as the Bullitt Central High School JROTC Senior Army Instructor and Department Chair, supervising two retired Non-Commissioned Officers, and leading a program which grew from 105 to 174 cadets in 24 months. Vetted by the U.S. Army Cadet Command & Bullitt County Public Schools for a position of special trust, I coached, taught, and trained cadets in leadership, health, fitness, military bearing, personal financial management, and air rifle marksmanship. My other school contributions included school safety assessments, schoolwide student behaviors and intervention analysis, and career pathway mapping. I also developed procedures and processes for program instruction during the COVID Pandemic which allowed students to progress and Seniors to graduate.

I managed strategic projects for the Kentucky Army National Guard, coordinating, resourcing, and facilitating decision making at the highest levels of the organization while developing the next generation of strategic planners within the organization. I planned, coordinated, developed contract requirements, facilitated, and co-instructed strategic planning for 24 practitioners.

Senior representative at (U.S.) Central Command (HQ USCENTCOM) for coordination, synchronization, and cooperation between NATO Resolute Support / US Forces Afghanistan (RS/USFOR-A), and HQ USCENTCOM. I provided guidance for planning, concept of operations, organization, and subject matter expertise regarding capabilities and equipment using multiple information sharing platforms (classified and unclassified systems). Coordinated timely response to requests for information for individuals at various levels of the government up to and including the President of the United States. Developed an integrated assessments matrix for inclusion in the CENTCOM master assessments plan. Implemented Knowledge Management processes to improve information flow for all liaison events and track the completion of over 1,000 meetings, requests for information, and non-reoccurring tasks using classified systems.

I was the principal manager for the organizational assessment, development, and integration for the Deputy Director. I spearheaded episodic & longitudinal activities and mentored and coached a 15-person team of expert analysts to stream-line and integrate business operations, drive growth, and improve efficiency in the human resource, logistics, information technology, facilities, operations, and workforce engagement areas for an organization with 6,700 employees in 54 locations, and over $1.3 Billion in assets. Our results were nationally award winning.I was the manager and principal advisor to the executive director and deputy director for information analysis, process improvement principles, programs and methods for the development of strategic plans synchronized with the Commonwealth of Kentucky, the Army National Guard, and the Department of Army.I pioneered Knowledge Management (KM) activities and led the KM Working Group. We synchronized the executive director and assistant director's yearly, quarterly, and monthly meetings, boards, and working groups; re-designed SharePoint, and implemented the first KM guidelines in the National Guard. Comprised of four companies with 36 operations or department managers and distinct capabilities, we had three successive and linked primary projects.April 2009 – September 2011 – I spearheaded the human resource, logistics, and training plan development, implementation, and performance for overseas operations. We improved employee availability to over 95%, with equipment surpassing operational readiness requirements by 4%, the capability accomplish 100% of the operations, & the phased movement of employees and equipment overseas.October 2011 – August 2012 – Spearheading activities to support aviation and ground operations in hazardous conditions in Iraq, Kuwait, Jordan, Saudi Arabia, Afghanistan, & Qatar for the over 3,200 Soldiers of the Combat Aviation Brigade that utilized 106 Army aircraft; & 440 pieces of ground equipment including various types of trucks & generators. We (1) improved aviation fleet availability by 28%, (2) improved ground equipment availability by 18%, (3) dispensed 662,759 gallons of aircraft fuel, (4) moved two warehouse operations from Iraq to Kuwait valued at approx. $96 million, and (5) transformed logistics accountability with improved financial records saving over $10 million, & aircraft repair parts reconciliation valued over $126 million.As the Taji Mayor Cell, we (1) coordinated departure for 4,000 military and contractor employees, (2) coordinated the movement of 1,350 containers or equipment, & 580 pallets of equipment by air, & (3) recovered $1.85 million in abandoned, or frustrated equipment.August – December 2012 – I spearheaded the human resource, logistics, movement, & transition planning & execution. We met medical issues, recognized employee performance, & provided re-employment & resiliency training reducing unemployment from 42% to less than 10%. Business related travel: 60%

I led an aerial data collection company with 80 employees, eight aircraft, 2,200 flying hour program, and support equipment valued at $3 million in support of homeland security, counter-narcotic and drug interdiction, and direct support to state or local law enforcement for domestic operations. I led our emergency response activities for Hurricane Gustav and the Kentucky Ice Storm with 100% safe operations and accountability.

Award winning performance as the Human Resource Manager and Senior Administrative Advisor to the Chief Executive and his Deputy for an organization with over 450 employees. I provided direct supervision to a team of eight Human Resource subject matter experts. We reviewed and approved all nominations for recognition, promotion, transfer, advanced training, medical evaluations, and adverse actions. I planned & implemented personnel readiness activities for two companies preparing for overseas operations; and HR activities for all aviation units participating in the Army North National Level Exercise 08.

Award winning Quality Assurance Manager overseas where I supervised 17 military and two contract employees as we conducted technical inspection of depot aviation maintenance operations with 99.9% accuracy for 6,600 inspections. Simultaneously, I was the contracting director's technical representative for the Oil Analysis Program laboratories in Kuwait, Iraq, and Afghanistan where I monitored contractor activities, reviewed contract language, verified accountability of the four-government provided lab's equipment valued at $1 million, and the performance of the ten contractors. I was recognized as a program expert.While assigned in Balad Iraq, I directed 35 military and 85 contract employees in aviation maintenance operations under hazardous conditions. Noted for my broad knowledge base, I was selected to serve as a primary instructor and evaluator for our replacement organization.

I served as the aviation director for a joint task force conducting operations in Ecuador. I directed the HR, logistics, and training for operations in a remote environment under austere conditions. I had 16 personnel that operated and maintained three specially equipped Blackhawk helicopters. I also planned and directed the return movement from South America to Kentucky.
