Company Secretary and Compliance Officer. Looked after statutory compliance, corporate governance, fund raising programs and other Corporate activities.

Company Secretary and Head of Compliance to the Sanghi Group comprising Sanghi Polyesters Ltd., Sanghi Spinners India Ltd., etc. In addition to the Corporate compliance, handled the Company Law Board matters.

Was head of all the key areas of the organisation, a SEBI registered Registrar and Transfer Agents. Handled 6 IPOs, of which 5 are book-built issues, during the tenure. Demat / Share Transfer services were provided by the company to about 100 Companies.

Post GTB's merger with OBC, joined Merchant Banking Team of OBC at New Delhi to handle its FPO work. In the process, worked with various IPO intermediaries viz., 6 top merchant bankers, Legal advisers, Registrars, Printers, Stock Exchanges and Depositories.

During the decade-long tenure, handled all functions of CS - statutory compliance, investor grievances, conducting General Body / Board / Committee meetings. Dealt with regulatory authorities like RBI, SEBI, CLB, DCA, Stock Exchanges and Depositories. Was a member of core team for capital raising exercise in the Bank.

Handled the Rights-cum-Public Issue, Bonus Issue, Redemption of Non Convertible Debentures. Gained experience on all matters relating to Dividend / Interest payments and Fixed Deposits.
