Developing the MVP, responsible for all the technical side of the product

I was involved as an Android Tech Lead and Senior Dev.Apart from delivering main app features I also led a team of 4 people, facilitated the developmentprocess, documentation, knowledge sharing, planning and estimations, defining scope of a sprint etc.With all these managed to deliver 2 high quality products within estimated dead lines with completelydifferent requirements to the development and delivery process. And did so without any overtimesand burnouts, keeping the team in motivated and resourceful state.Frameworks used in the project: Jira, Confluence, Kotlin, Coroutines, Compose, etc.

I was involved as a lead React Native developer.Apart from delivering main app features I also introduced code review process, CI lint checks andbuilds to improve app delivery process. Introduced and maintained migration process from JS to TS +Functional Components + Hooks architecture and many more improvements that increased speed ofdevelopment and quality of the product.Also I was involved in active hiring process for new team members .Frameworks used in the project: React Native, Redux, reAnimated 2, etc.

I was involved as a senior mobile developer.I proposed some valuable product and architectural decisions for the app to make it more valuablefor the end users that have been accepted and implemented. I improved and refactored a lot app na-tive code to eliminate hundreds of bugs and led the Android app to catch up with iOS.By my initiative Android app got more focus and turned from outsider/side project with unhappyusers and poor performance into an equal priority as an iOS app and now it even beats the iOS appin some use cases. So company now is putting equal efforts in both apps and gaining profits fromboth platforms with great perspective of easy global expansion.Frameworks used in the project: React Native, Redux, Kotlin, RxJava 2, Dagger 2, Retrofit, FusedLocation API, GoogleFit, IAP, Accelerometer and Pedometer sensors, AIDL.

I was involved as a senior (and only for now) android developer. We have no QA in the team yet,so I use TDD/BDD approach here to prevent most of possible bugs at early stage of development.I proposed some crucial architectural decisions for the whole system to make it more flexible andscalable that have been accepted and implemented.The technical launch and MVP already proved this approach as the most robust and bug free incomparison to other ones. And right now our users are experiencing no crashes and bugs (exceptsome minor and simple mistakes) from the very first day of the launch.Frameworks used in the project: RxJava 2, Dagger 2 (deprecated though), ViewModel + LiveData(with «state» pattern), Retrofit, Websockets, Fused Location API, Google Maps, Mockito, JUnit.

I was involved as a senior android developer to help 2 other android developers in delivery app development for Kuwait.I was developing new features and fixing bugs founded by QA in earlier code. Also I set the order in the application architecture, making layer boundaries more strict and overall architecture clearer. Thus I made code more testable and easier to write unit tests.Frameworks used in the project: RxJava, ViewModel + LiveData, Retrofit, Fused Location API, Google Maps Mockito, JUnit.
