I led the acquisition and integration of top 5 UK digital shop Outside Line into advertising giant Saatchi & Saatchi, resulting in double-digit growth and setting the M&A gold standard for Publicis Group.I was one of the first industry professionals to be awarded a Diploma in Digital Marketing at the Institute of Direct Marketing (IDM) in 2005 and attended the first-ever Hyper Island senior leadership master class in New York in 2009.I've been a member of Innovation Social, Google's UK Creative Council, and a mentor at The Friday Club. I have judged D&AD, Lovie’s, Campaign Big, and BIMA's.
