Project experience working with ITSM and SIR in ServiceNow at the UK's largest health insurer. Experiences include: - Leading weekly meetings with clients to gather business needs to later turn into technical requirements. - Configuring and customising ServiceNow using no-code, low-code and JavaScript scripting in various product areas including custom integrations, UI builder for Workspaces and portals. - Managing and comprehensively documenting a full ServiceNow production release, including regular communication with senior stakeholders. - Working within an agile environment to create stories, oversee testing and align time management with the client's priorities.Additionally, I have gained 5x Mainline Certifications and 12x Micro-Certifications.

Since 2020 I gave online tutorials to 11 different students from around the world, tutoring Physics and Maths at GCSE, A-level and Oxbridge entrance exam level.I have found it very rewarding to help out students with very similar passions to my own, and to see them progress through their education. This role has also strongly developed my communication and interpersonal skills, by frequently challenging me to explain difficult concepts at an appropriate level whilst conveying my passion for the subject.

Over the course of the summer, I worked in the Oxford Physics Microstructure Detectors laboratory: a group designing and manufacturing new particle physics detectors for use in the LHC at CERN.My primary role in this group was work on ultrafast detectors, where I wrote extensive Python scripts to analyse and control experiments testing these new prototypes. My role extended to recording the performances myself and presenting my findings to the group. Over the course of this internship I gained experience in a wide range of areas such as extensive experience with object-orientated programming and optimising computationally intensive processes.
