DGM Tea Research & Processing House Pvt. Ltd. located in 45 hectares land, has been planned further to expand in 275 hectares within 5 years period to make the comfortable tea-guarden basically to process Orthodox & CTC varieties of teas which are to be segmented into four basic types: black, green, oolong and the very rare white.Out of 275 hectares, 265 hectares will be used for tea plants and the rest (i.e. 10 hectares) for factory, warehouse, guest-room and goat farm. The goat-farm is projected for meat production and their left-over (i.e. waste) will be used as fertilizer for organic tea plants growth and development.As an owner, my responsibilities and duties are of (i) Management, (ii) Administration, (iii) Production, (iv) Marketing (both - national & international) &, (v) Financial activities of the Company. Before this business, I have affiliated and worked for almost 15 years as a senior officer (i.e. Head of Finance & Administration) in the choice of International Organizations in DANIDA (MS-Nepal), USAID (JHU/PCS-Nepal) & Pilgrim USA/Nepal, EU (BIWMP/Nepal) and delivered the professional duties and hold the responsibilities of; • Administration & Organizational Management,• Financial Management &, • Programme Management Unit (PMU) - to develop the projected plan of action and log-frame of;• Annual Plan of Action (YPA), • Annual Work Plan (AWP) &,• Global Work Plan - principally to executive the administrative and programme management activities that includes the needed overseas job trainings and participation in international seminars in the related fields of works - which also egg on and encouraged my way to go for own entrepreneurship to help add to tie-up for national & international business relations and the most important part is - creating employment for local community.
