- Designed sand & dust development test stand to investigate environmental seal designs for compliance to DO-160G standard- Redesigned aerodynamic shroud to improve safety of flight and integration assembly while maintaining thermal and aerodynamic performance- Designed custom captive fastener inserts for ultrasonic assembly in thermoplastic aero shroud- Communicated with external vendors to develop custom and OTS parts for shroud assembly
