Leading a team working on mobile banking and commerce solutions, the System has various desktop and web-based components, my duties include the design, development and integration of all the components.Development of an out-of-the-band transaction authentication system that works with various communication media like IVR, SMS, USSD and / or Web (HTTPS).Development of custom middle-wares for system integration with financial transaction system using various protocols like ISO-8583 and ISO-20022.Managing the implementation of Activa's Mobile / Branchless Banking system at various client locations.This includes integration of Activa's banking solution platform with local and foreign EFT (Electronic Financial Transaction) gateways via ISO-8583, ISO 20022 etc.PoCs, UATs and client based customization is also conducted at client location under collaboration with technical and non-technical teams.

A Joint Venture with Paybox AG for mobile payments.Managed day-to-day process of translating product roadmap into feature sets, writing PRDs and user stories, prioritizing 2-week agile iterations, working hands-on with engineers and QA. Recognized gap in engineering execution on back-end product requirements and drove creation of new UI engineering group to evangelize accessibility, standards compliance, and re-usability of back-end.I was instrumental in integrating the middleware developed for Paybox AG to fast track the integration of their system into the ATM switch network using ISO-8583.

Developed embedded applications for portable devices and Smart Phones using C/C++.The application was based in C, then ported to MFC for Windows Mobile platform. My duties there were to build, enhance the embedded application, as well as switch the application to new hardware chips with improved Audio (MP3/WMA) and Visual capabilities.
